Like you, we do not like to receive defective goods, so our goods are checked twice before being send out to you or your recipient, but if you do find defects in the item, we will be glad to arrange an exchange for you if you contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging together with any enclosed documentation and a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer as it will be rejected by them.
Hand-made goods and packaging, irregularities on printed textiles, colour differences on actual products from the ones you see on screen are not considered defects.

We do not provide any monetary refunds, we will only replace items if they are defective.
Returns are allowed when the item is purchased and shipped directly to the recipient or the buyer.
How to send us back your items
You will receive the return shipping address from us via our return correspondences.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable courier / shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
